August 16, 2010 - The Aviation Waltz is Complete!

Meant to do this a few days ago, but here we go! Yes, it is now complete! Yay! And I can happily say that I am now back to re-writing the story as a novel which I hope to publish someday.

Anyway, if anybody is interested in what I've had to say about the Aviation Waltz, check out my interview on Radio Crap Up's first episode! I also spill what my next project is somewhere in there XD

August 13, 2010 - Happy Friday the 13th?

I got a huge scare this morning when my stupid Vista update seemed to have restored my computer to factory newness, meaning that it had NONE of my files and NONE of my programs, but luckily I was able to restore it to an earlier date. Anyway, in preparing myself for uploading the finale tomorrow, I've updated the Chapters section. The Gallery is also currently unavailable because I'm uploading the fanart and stuff to it. ...Yay!

July 28, 2010 - Can it be!?

I looked at the calendar just earlier and though, "Ugh! I was supposed to finish Chapter Five at some point before the end of July!" So, after my much-needed break, I hopped back to the computer and finished up some more drawings--and at last, the slides are complete! Well, for the most part--Relica is still a fat face, but that can be easily fixed... later on. I think I'm going to upload each of the three parts one week apart from each other. *sigh* Starting Saturday. Work, Aderu, work!!

July 16, 2010 - Finally!

The first video for Chapter Five is done! Of course, I've still got two more videos to do, and then the bloopers video *sigh* but at least I'm making progress! And the hardest parts are done? It's taking a lot longer because I've redrawn everybody, except for those who are in ballet costumes. I mean, so far, 100% of Romeïn's slides are completely redrawn, and I still have to draw the security guards. On top of everything, I still need to do my own share of artwork for the credits artwork montage. AHH. But I'm getting there...

June 9, 2010 - HUZZAH! SUMMER IS HERE!

No more studying! No more papers! But you know what there is? A whole lot of drawing and editing and battling with Movie Maker! HOORAY! I'M SO EXCITED!!!

April 27, 2010 - Update and Stuffs

I think it's imperative to say that I probably won't get the chance and just plain won't work on the finale of The Aviation Waltz until this quarter of school is over. That way I can give Chapter Five my ALL and make it the best finale I can make it (without having to worry about school work getting in the way -_-). In other words, that means that the Fanart Montage deadline is extended to June 12, 2010, but this can always be extended just a little further, and seeing how things are right now, it probably will be.

March 28, 2010 - Chapter Four!

A little late, after some wonderful and not so wonderful distractions, but Chapter Four is finally done! ...Now to just get past the annoying YouTube maintenance so I can UPLOAD IT! >_<

March 1, 2010 - Calling Artists!

I'm asking for fanart to put into the finale credits montage of Chapter Five. Pretty much all the information you need can be found in the video on my YouTube channel.

In other news, school, relationships, and other extracurricular activities are getting in my way, but Chapter Four is totally under way! Just taking a very long time. I hope it'll be up before the end of the month!

December 28, 2009 - Parts Three and four!

PHEW! After working like ALL DAY, parts three and four are finally finished! Ayee! I have to say, though, I have a problem with Scilla's second Russula costume making her look so TAN! and Zizi's everyday clothes making him look sunburnt. Haha XD

I've also added a Full Playlist to the Chapters. Yay!!

December 17, 2009 - AN UPLOAD!

After working my butt off like ALL DAY, I've finished the video for the first part of the third chapter! Yay! The text took the longest, but hey. I'm happy with the visuals in the last part--Marin, Brinna, and Scilla's costumes XD Wee! Yay! Hoo! And I will also put up the video in the Chapters section.

December 16, 2009 - Update on Chapter Three

After just having finished my fabulous new navy and white plaid winter coat, I've decided that I can't wait any longer for the rest of the lines and that I'm going to start editing the rest of the chapter as best as I can, even if I can't edit the last 24% with the rest of it. I've just edited the audio, sound effects and music and all, of the first 9 minutes of the chapter, and tomorrow I am going to start making the video to it and uploading the parts as I finish them, instead of all at once. This is mostly because I want to get SOMETHING out before Christmas, and if I already have the parts to edit the chapter, why the heck not? So, expect a video within the next three days or so ^_~

December 13, 2009 - Christmas, Yay!

I added "Mistletoe of Mischief" to the Gallery ^_^ In regards to Chapter Three, I hope that it'll be out just before Christmas, but I'm still waiting on a few more lines. Ahh :O

October 8, 2009 - Metal Frame Fly

MichaelBalena's fan opening song for The Aviation Waltz is now complete and ready for listening! I placed an embedded video within the Gallery under Fan Art. I've also changed "MichaelsWorldStudio" to "MichaelBalena" under Tack's name in Characters.

October 7, 2009 - Twenty Years Old!!

Yep, it's my birthday. I am now twenty. No longer a sexy nineteen, but a very pretty twenty. That's how the numbers go. Haha.

September 28, 2009 - Chapters Updated!

Okay! I added a chapter synopsis and the videos to the Chapters! I've also added it to the Aviation Waltz thread on the Voice Acting Alliance forums ^_^

AHH! At last, Chapter Two is ready for viewing! I still have to add it to the Chapters, but I can do that tomorrow. School really gets in the way now that it's back in session, but hey! I'd write more, but... Eeh.

August 8, 2009 - Some Rearrangements

I was an idiot when uploading "Limit Break: Salad Throw!" to the Gallery and completely screwed up the page beyond repair, so I created an entirely new gallery, which pretty much has the same content as the last one, only it's reorganized in a way that makes more sense and is easier for me to add new content XD

I've also added Crabby Lady, Amorous Guy, and Random Admirers 1-4 to "Others" under Characters.

August 7, 2009 - Chapter One, Now Playing!

After putting up with the technical difficulty that IS Movie Maker, I've finally completed editing the video for the first chapter! It is now on YouTube, and under Chapters (which I've changed from Chapter Guide to accommodate its new content). Watch it!

July 30, 2009 - Chapter One Audio Complete!

Phew, I meant to do this a few days ago. The audio for the first chapter of the Aviation Waltz is now complete! It sounds absolutely FANTASTIC and I can't wait until everybody gets the chance to hear it! But before I make it public, I have to get all my drawings done so I can make the video for YouTube. The drawing process isn't as hellish as I was dreading it would be, and it's coming along quite nicely--I'm about 40% complete with the drawings. A lot of Photoshopping to do, which will account for the next 45%... If I make good time, the first chapter should be uploaded to YouTube before August 15.

July 15, 2009 - Promo Vid and Updates

pagemg, voice actor of Eddy, made a comedic video demonstrating what one does to prepare to voice a fictional character. Haha, check it out here ^_^

In other news, I've received just about half the lines for Chapter One. I've also ordered myself a tablet so I can make those drawings more efficiently, I hope ^_^ And I'm going to quit my job.

July 8, 2009 - Time to get started!

I just released the script ^_^ I finally decided it was time to finish it up after waiting all day yesterday for 77 Incaerna XD I'm still waiting on decemberxrain to come back from wherever she is, confirm, and give me her e-mail, but other than that, everybody should have received the script from me. Yay!

July 2, 2009 - The results are up!

I've placed the names of the final cast and links under "Characters." There are still some missing places for some of the characters, but I'll put 'em up once I have pictures of 'em ^_^ Also, there's a link to the YouTube results video under "Auditions."

With 17 minutes to spare till the end of the night, I've just finished the skeleton of the Chapter Five script, and I've updated the characters and which chapters they appear in.

The end of Chapter Five brought tears to my eyes :P.

Edit: I just finalized the cast list, and I'm really excited about revealing the cast, but I'm not going to do that until I've made the results video. OMG I'm so excited that I'm using shorthand internet-speak!

June 27, 2009 - Three Days!

That's right, three days left until auditions close!

In other news, I'm working as frantically as I will allow myself, trying to get the script done so my voice actors will have something to work with once I've cast them. I just finished doing Chapter Three, which was the longest, so it shouldn't be too hard from here on out. It's just the editing that's going to be a pain. Ack!

I've also got a job at Six Flags. Woo! So that's another reason to work frantically, because I won't have that much time to work on the script once I start working. Heh heh. Well, whatever, I'm really excited to cast the actors. Yay!

June 9, 2009 - Fanart, Auditions, and the Script

SaenaKamora sent me two fanarts! One of Madame Bruche and the other of Scilla. I've added them to the Gallery section ^_^ Check it out!

In other news, I've received many auditions: 35 to the date, in fact. I've gotten redos too, heh. Though the number of auditions has dwindled since the first week, it's still a little hectic trying to keep up withe everybody and wondering who I'm going to cast. It's also exciting ^_^ I've received a lot of wonderful auditions so far! There are 21 days left to audition, so get 'em in while you can!

I've also transcribed the first chapter into script format. It was a little tedious, but fun. I still have four more chapters left to go, but once I'm done with finals, I should be able to get through them easily. It's just the proofreading that's going to be difficult :O

May 25, 2009 - My BRAIN!!!

After a long and AMAZING Memorial Weekend at Fanime, I worked furiously to finish coloring the rest of my drawings. It's two in the morning and I finally have them uploaded! Some of them are a little funky, but whatever, they're there.

That being said, I also added Brinna, Selinay, and Mr. Helap to Characters.

May 18, 2009 - Reformatted Audition Lines

Just kidding, I fixed it, so now everyone should be able to view the lines without any problems ^_^

May 17, 2009 - Audition lines!

Phew! Since I just finished typing the story, I decided to put up lines in the Auditions page. I put down lines for almost all the characters, just missing a few more minor ones. Many of the lines were taken from the story, itself, so they probably won't appear the same as they will in the actual drama, but they're close enough! Good enough for now, eh? Now all the pages have stuff on 'em! Yay!

I just wish it's coherent enough for everyone viewing the page. It's supposed to be viewed with Garamond, and with any other font, the sizing is all off, so um... install the font Garamond if you haven't already XD

May 16, 2009 - Chapter Five complete!

Just finished the last chapter! I think it came out very prettily, but I still have to type it, and I have a lot of drawing and editing to do. I must get the audition video out by my personal deadline...!

I also edited the chapters in which the characters appear. Some of them might change, since there will be differences between the script and story, but we will see!

April 30, 2009 - Yay Gallery!

So I added two measly drawings to the Gallery, haha, but at least something's there. Of course I'll add more when I draw more ^_^; Also edited Edillan's Character page and added quotes from The Mark of a Seráphi! Now that those are done, the only thing I can do now is to finish writing and draw the characters!

April 29, 2009 - Chapter Four is written!

I started and finished chapter four yesterday XD It's pretty short, but hey, at least it's one more chapter closer to me finishing it up. I wanted to update the site some more, but the main thing right now is that I have to finish writing the story and then draw up a bunch of pictures of the characters and...other artwork. Geh! So yeah, I haven't drawn anything new.

After updating this, I actually went and added stuff to Scilla's character profile. There is now ONE picture under the entire Characters category!! I kind of want to add Eddy's info now, but it's late and Scilla's description drained me of the last brainpower I have at this hour. Tomorrow, tomorrow...!

In other news, I make great onion soup.

April 27, 2009 - Characters!

It took a while, but I finally laid out all the character pages. I added links to the side of each character page so it would be easier bouncing about from one page of characters to the next ^_^ I added info to "The Rotcod Family," "The Kenstin Family," "The Dancers," and "Others." Still no pictures, though. I'll have to work on Scilla's and Eddy's page some other time. And once I draw all the characters, it'll all be lovely! I really think I should takes some time away from editing the site and actually...like... finish writing!!! the dang chapters.

April 26, 2009 - Three Chapters Explained

I added information to the Chapter Guide. It's subject to change, though, but I just felt like putting something there. Actually, I don't know if I want to put all that information about the story on there. It's kind of hard to not give away spoilers. Oh well. More content for now ^_^ I'll decide later what I feel like doing.

All the pages are uniform in layout now! It's so nice! ♥ I also put content under Synopsis and About the Creator. Yay!!! Took me forever, but now the site has something other than layout and updates! Now I just have to get some pictures up!

April 23, 2009 - A Distinguished Look!

I wasted a lot of my time today deciding on a design for the site--I was almost late for an appointment and class because I was spending too much time in front of the computer -_- Oh well, I like the colors! Blue and a bronzy brown. I like the antique look to it, it's different from the cartoonish look I was throwing together before I decided to change it. It's only on the home page right now, though. I will have to extend it to the rest of the site some other time. It's so simple, but I think it's pretty.

April 22, 2009 - A Site is Born!

So out of boredom, I made a Piczo site. It looks pretty terrible right now, but I'm hoping when I get time I'll be able to make it look fabulous.

I'm really looking forward to creating this project ^_^ The first drafts of chapters one through three have been written. I still have a long way to go with editing the story and creating all the visuals.
